Hey guys, as some of you might have noticed I am trying to sell some stuff. I was thinking that on 1 weekend a season, a paintball yard sale would be a great idea. We all have an addiction and we have lots of gear. What about if people could come set up a table and have like a paintball flea market. Maybe have some vendors come out but mostly a player based sale. I think not only would this help players get rid of and get new gear but it would bring in lots of people to HSI. Just an idea.

Thats the point. We all have loads of stuff that just sits around collecting dust. I think this could be a huge attention grabber for HSI.

all of us im sure have gear, high end and low end, and in between we need to sling off to get other new toys, old toys, and long sought after goodies. I like the idea of Paintball Gun Show, there are plenty of real gun shows all the time.....

Oh and Tommy, I'm sure you can sling off some gear no prob. From what I see you have good taste.

Tommy, evry time you put something up for sale its gone in no time. Your stuff would sell the fastest because everyone knows its been taken care of.

Well my idea is, there is an entry fee of $20 to come and set up a booth or table. However this also includes play for the day so if you want to go on the field on try out a piece of gear you can go out there and play or even go to the target range.

I do see a problem however and that is theft. There are some shady people out there and I would worry about people stealing my stuff. I think that people would have to take responsibility for their stuff though.

I don't know how well mixing play and sales together would work, Theft wise... People would either just set up like a swap meet, or choose to play. But do not dare make the mistake of leaving any equipment sitting unattended. That is the easiest way to get robbed.. I am all in favor of a swap meet idea though. Dave any ideas, comments? I think if you just put a table cost, much like a regular gun show works, and allow people to do their own thing from there it would be a great thing for the local community.

i also think this would be a great idea but the problem would be finding all the paintball stuff thats not being used. its all boxed up and stored away lol.
