If you need it i can e-mail it to you whenever, I always have all HSI pdf's saved to my computer.

I would appreciate it, im trying to sent in my VIP info so i can start registering.

It is working for me, make sure you have Acrobat Reader to see the PDF format.

The link you posted works, but neither of my comps can load the link from the main page.
