Ive been coming to HSI for 5 yrs now ive only had one card punch and that was my frist day when i dry fried my gun in the dead zone. Since then HSI is all i talk about .Ive been a RIP at evey game since DOTR 1 and even refed the gobla game in 2010. Ive been general for TWC twice and won one of them, and an officer in every other game.
My actions on saturday night at gobal2011 where ment to be a harmless joke but unfourtionly it was not and offened some people for that Im am truley SORRY. I broght shame to my self and HSI and my team mates and the team i was trying to join GLR. This is something I need to put in the past and repair my relationship with HSI and GLR. I think a frist time offence, a lifetime ban was to much to strong seeing how there was no one hurt and didnt cause any damage. I would never do anything like this again u have MY WORD on that.
I missed out on the rest season and missed the TWC for the frist time in 5 yrs.I would call that time served, Ive had the whole winter to reflect about what happened and it makes me sick every time i think about what i did and that i might not able to play at HSI again. I hope you can forgive me and allow me to return to HSI for 2012 im Planning to play in 4 games this year if allowed to return. Since last season ive joined Aces of Fate the team is 20 strong and id like to bring the whole team to these games, because there is no place like home "HSI" Im also SORRY to Dustin and Speedy for puting them in the postion that i did I hope they too can forgive me. Thanks for taking the time to read this hope to hear from you soon. SORRY again to you and the whole staff at HSI.

You did mess up pretty bad, I will back you up for a second chance as long as I don't see you with any alcohol.
I messed up 12 years ago and haven't been in any trouble since, I do believe in second chances if the person learned their lesson as I am a walking example.
on a side note, if they don't let you back this year then I cant shoot you, and LT I really want to shoot you in the butt to see you jump

It's nice to see that someone actually took the time in righting a sincere apology. Hopefully they will consider un-banning you. For the years I've played at Hells Survivor, having and playing with you, always makes the game very interesting and fun! It sounds like to me, for someone who has a pretty clear record up until the point up the mess up, I think you should deserve a second chance just as long as no one was physically hurt, and no damage was made. Going to hells survivors for 6 years, from what I've seen and heard, Dave is a pretty cool guy. I'm sure he'll be understanding. We all make mistakes! Worse comes to worse, they could always re-ban if another "hick-up" was to be made. =P Ya know?
Hope to see you for this years 2012 DOTR, GC, and TWC! It would be nice to see an old face.

may i suggest a probation peroid ? start him off with 1 punch on his tag , i think 1 punch in a weekend is acceptable , i havent got one since like 95 but with all the newer guns and stuff to have ur gun go off in the dead zone like he stated his first punch was for i think is a simple mistake that alot of people can do even with caution... i know theirs times when people will still have air in their gun and dont have a on/off asa and need to take that one shot to get their tank off their gun... no its not right to do even if you know theirs no paint in the breech but really..... i understand we need to set examples for others and show theirs no kidding around when it comes to safety but i would think a year off is a pretty good punishment
just my 2cents . and hope to see titan on the field in 2012

He has been a RIP and regular referee at many of games. ive played against him and with him and i have no complaints. he has paid his dues for the incident and a lifetime ban is harsh for one incident off of the field. I would like to see him let back to the field so that he like so many other people can do what they enjoy doing and that is playing paintball. everyone deserves a second chance to redeem themselves

I have read all of your posts and comments.
However, That was a field managers call. We will always stand behind the field managers decision.
I have forwarded this request to Dustin the field manager. We are having a company meeting this Saturday.
I know he is investigating the situation as we speak and will make a determination soon.

I play this game for the trill and fun but most of all FOR THE LOVE OF THE GAME!!! i have been down to HSI since about 2002 and have played with honor and integrity everytime people are just getting to know us from up north
Area51 is saying that second chances are always giving to people that pay there dues

We all make mistakes and face the consequences for them. The idea is that we learn from our mistakes to improve ourselves. I believe LT has learned and he is very remorseful. I agree that he should be allowed to play where he loves, HSI. Please give LT a second chance.

I'm sure as well as myself, my fellow team mates, and fellow paintballers would like to know when the decision will be given, and what the decision is as the paintball season is fast approaching
