how the heck does someone get 2 punches!!! thats just dumb. ive been playing 3 big games there for the past 5 years. and havent gotten a single punch. all it takes is common sense. (colonel with 2 punches, is 600 points per insertion) |

(usa player here) ugh we had a rough second day. our alliance definately needed another team in it. i cant believe germany/england/canada/russian alliance, didnt turn on each other sooner. guys had the entire field the entire 2nd day more or less. (so dumb that england could start not at their base for the start of the 2nd half of day 2.) ill have to remember this for next year. that you can start 100ft away from your base off the start. (apparently that was some kind of secret rule......) |

ugh. this was so annoying last year. raining. can barely see through fogging masks. and canadians get someone who sneaks up into the top of highlands at the start. |

kept the gps on me all day. so i could see how much walking i did. total for the day 11.7 miles. (some of the tracks go over water, or out of bounds in weird spots. either gps accuracy was low at those times, or i drew my boundary's wrong) green (10am-1pm) 4.0 miles cyan (3pm-6pm) 5.1 miles magenta (8pm-9pm) 2.6 miles ![]() |

i think the target zone on the helicopter is an excellent idea. in real life as you said a lucky shot will bring one down. the helicopter had wwaaayyy too much life span ranging around the highlands.it should be given a specific mission time length. like ten minutes maybe then have to leave for a set amount of time. it completely cleared the highlands for probably 30 minutes. way too long ina pb game. i dont objest to its existence just moderate it to some semblance of a real life situation. as far as rpgs for the somalis, i didnt think we could use non-field weapons. if we cant use non field stuff, they should be made available to us. i dont know if tat would entail having to set up some sort of chain of command anda budget for the somalis for the game. i know the somalis are not supposed to be real well organized , but in the real situation they did have rpgs and other weapons other than riffles. time limit for sure. doesn't that thing need to refuel???!!! |

The only reason it was so easy to move from the village up to archie and beyond was because we were out numbered so we retreated to form another defense line. The village was a lost cause but it helped very much. At night I never saw a somali near the helicopter which was the alamo. We held it for two hours with no contact at the base it self. I could hear some fire and I heard about a sniper and a spotter moving around but never hit the helicopter. Also the rangers gained a ton of points at the end of the first session with the mile. We used the tank to walk from West Point all the way to the exit. We got the majority of the team out alive. Thank you who ever brought that tank with treads. we only played till 9. but wow was it getting dark. cant imagine playing till the end in the pitch black. definately advantage americans. much easier to defend in dark, then trying to attack. also, i think you kids who wear camo need to invest in camo socks. picked one american off north of archie who was laying prone. prolly wouldnt have seen him in the dark, except for his 2 bright white socks. |

v-forces and e-vents have a similar design. A single lens with a body that you can take the lens off easy. JT's are the different one. I say hes right on with a v-force. Yes, but events have the dual thermal lens like JT's have. My JT's and Events have NEVER fogged on me, whereas, everytime i strap on my profilers, its guaranteed fog/condensation its not the mask itself that fogs. i wear glasses, so they always end up foggin on me. i ended up going with one intake, and one exhaust. both are mounted on top. 9v on one side, on/off switch on the other. worked great. started fogging off the start. turned it on. and had no problems all day. its great to finally be able to see out there. |

how are we cheaters?.... two wounded americans behind a bunker. no other players interact with them. after a minute, they are magically healed and back up and shooting. must be invisible medics out there. most of the day ppl seemed to be following the rules. of course theres always gonna be some cheating from either team. thats just how it goes. game was different. all the city fighting definately made it worth it. |

hey, rigging up some fans for saturdays game. just curious if ppl have found either intake into the mask. or exhaust out the top, which would work better for anti-fog. |

red musta had a hella of a good day 2. since it was about tied after the first quarter. (or so i recall the head guy saying over the PA) and yellow controlled 4 out of 6 bases for most of the second quarter. |
